In the first, known as <strong>h-refinement<\/strong> &#8220;mesh&#8221; refinement refers to the process of increasing the number of <strong>elements<\/strong> used to model a given <strong>domain<\/strong>, consequently, reducing individual <strong>element size<\/strong>.
